Email your complaint

Is something of yours on our site without your permission? For example a photo you took, a text you wrote, a logo or an image that shows you? Let us know. We respond binnen 2 werkdagen.

Is it about a comment from a reader? Then we handle your complaint as a report under the house rules.

What we need from you

  1. Which page it concerns (the link).
  2. What exactly is yours, or what shows you.
  3. Why you think it should not be there. For example: "I took this photo and did not give permission for it."
  4. Your name, your email address, and if you are writing on behalf of a club or company: which one.
  5. A sentence stating that you are making the complaint honestly and truthfully.

What happens next

  1. Received: you get an email confirming we have received your complaint.
  2. Binnen 2 werkdagen: you hear from us what we are going to do.
  3. If it is clear that you are right, we remove it immediately. If in doubt, we often take it offline in the meantime while we look into it.
  4. You get an email with our decision and the reason.
  5. If you disagree, reply to that email. We will then look at it again. If you still disagree after that, you can go to court.
