The email with the code comes from site@post.korfbalinc.nl. If it isn't in your inbox, check your junk mail folder. If you use Gmail, also check Promoties; with Outlook, also check Overige.

With Inloggen we only send a code if there is an account with that email address. Don't have an account yet? Create an account first.

Still nothing? Request a new code; the previous one will then no longer work. You can do that 6 times per 24 hours per email address.

A code works for 10 minutes and only once. If you enter it incorrectly 5 times, it also stops working. In all those cases, request a new code via Inloggen.

If the site says a very large number of codes are being requested right now, try again in an hour. If it says a very large number have already been requested today, you can try again tomorrow.

No. After logging in you stay logged in on that device for 90 days, and every visit resets those 90 days. On another device or in another browser you log in again with a code.

Your username is the name others see with your comments and in the rankings. Nobody sees your email address. A username has 3 to 30 characters: letters, digits, spaces, full stops and hyphens, and it starts with a letter or digit. A name that is already in use, or that resembles that of the editorial team, is not allowed.

You can't change it yourself yet. Email your new username to info@korfbalinc.nl, from your account's address.

You delete it yourself at Mijn account, under Account verwijderen. Your comments, predictions, points and level go with it. This cannot be undone; you can create a new account later.

We remove an account that has not been active for 2 years. You will receive an email about this a month in advance. If you can no longer log in even though you haven't deleted anything, email info@korfbalinc.nl.

The editorial team first reviews the first comment from a new account. After that, a comment usually goes online immediately.

A comment also waits for the editorial team if you post it between 23.00 and 7.00, if the filter sees something a person needs to review, or if the editorial team has temporarily paused commenting. If we don't publish a comment, you will receive an email with the reason. What is and isn't allowed is set out in the house rules.

For an account we ask for an email address and your year of birth, and that is possible from age 16. If you turn 17 or older this year, you can do it right away. If you turn 16 this year, you can do it from 1 January.

Without an account you can read everything, vote in a poll and tap the winner of a match. More information is in the age policy.

Below every article and at the bottom of the pages for matches, clubs, players, standings, statistics and results you'll find Meld een fout. The page's address is then already in the form. Choose whether something in the content is incorrect, or whether something on the site isn't working. With the latter you also see your device and browser; you can edit or clear those.

A name or email address is not needed. We look at every report. We correct an error in an article with a line below that article. The form is also available separately: Meld een fout.

The shop is at korfbalinc.shop. Email questions about an order, delivery or returns to info@korfbalinc.nl, with your order number. How returns work is set out in the shop's terms and conditions.

Predictions open at the start of the Korfbal League, on 6 November. You then predict the matches of the Korfbal League and the Korfbal League 2. With an account you get points and a level and appear in the rankings, if you want. Without an account you can tap the winner, without points.

Het Weekend, our Sunday feature, also opens at the start of the Korfbal League.

The clubs you follow are remembered only by the browser in which you chose them, on that device. Nothing is sent to us and it isn't linked to an account. So on another phone, another browser or in a private window you choose your clubs again. If you clear your browser data, the selection is also gone.

On match days, between 10:00 and 23:00 the site checks with the federation every few minutes for new results. Once a result is there, it usually appears here within a few minutes too. Every night we check everything once more. Is a result missing or incorrect? Meld een fout.

We don't broadcast anything ourselves. Live has links to the broadcasts of clubs, federations and competitions themselves, such as a club channel on YouTube or the IKF at the European Championship. A link opens their site in a new tab. Do you know a livestream that isn't listed? Send it in.
