KNKV stops Korfbal League highlights

On average, a highlights video drew 3,125 views in the 2025/26 season. In the regular competition that average was 3,020, spread over 90 matches. A highlights video lasted about five minutes on average.

The final at the top

The final between Fortuna and DVO was the most watched, with 7,364 views for the 15-minute highlights. Next came the third semi-final match between LDODK and DVO, with 5,897. From the regular competition, Fortuna - PKC of 7 March drew the most views: 5,851.

The least watched was Blauw-Wit - LDODK of 1 March, with 1,765 views. By club, in the regular competition the highlights of DVO drew the most views, an average of 3,442, and those of Blauw-Wit the fewest, with 2,625.

Livestream viewed more than three times as often

The livestream was viewed far more often than the highlights. For 86 of the 90 matches in the regular competition, the livestream is publicly available on Eyecons. These drew an average of 10,102 views per match, against 3,055 for the highlights of the same matches.

In the play-offs and the final (six matches) the difference grew: more than five times as many views. The livestreams drew a combined 158,228 views, the highlights 29,905. The most watched livestream of the season was the third semi-final between LDODK and DVO, with 32,422 views. The final, with Dutch commentary, reached 29,391.

Six seasons of highlights

The average number of views per highlights video was higher in recent years than before, though. In 2020/21 a highlights video drew an average of 1,553 views; in 2024/25 that was 3,269. Over six seasons, 666 highlight videos were viewed a combined 1,688,558 times.
